Just one day left...

...and we will be kicked into 2010 *LOL* Just 5 weeks to go and i will leave, after 15 years, my work here at Coca-Cola to start my "Audio Engineering" Diploma and Bachelor at the SAE Institute in Cologe - Pheew, i really look forward to the 2 years at SAE *makes happy dance*

Besides that - hey i have two new tunes i am working on - after some weeks of a lack of inspiration, my muse was away for vacation again =) I hope i can finish at least one of the new tunes in the next days, because i want to attend my third Course at SAEOnline in January. Another 4 weeks of studies before i leave to head into my new life =) YAY! So much FUN!

Artwork for "Rupture the Surface" is finished...

...and looks like THIS! Megachaos from Deviantart did a wonderful job on the artwork i've commissioned from him for one of my latest songs "Rupture the Surface".
I asked several Artists to do a commission for me - which shows a comic-style "me", coming from a different dimension into this world - and morphing from a Energy Form into a more human-like Body. The special effects he'd added to the artwork are just brilliant and i am speechless how creative he got, after i've sent him my description of what i wanted to have.

Guess what?...

..."Wen-M" wrote me back last night and it seems that i've found the perfect Artist now. I adore him and his Art so much - he was very honored that i've asked him - but he thought he wouldn't be good enough to do Artwork to represent Music or a Band! Can you believe that?! However, i was able to disabuse him!! *lol*
Still waiting for the other two Artists and their Commissions for "Rupture the Surface" though...I am pretty curious to see their ideas for this piece...

This is like Christmas...

... i've asked some Artists from "DeviantArt" if they would do Commissions for my tunes. Now i am waiting to hear from one i really adore! His Name on DeviantArt is "Wen-M" and he is doing fantastic Artwork!

The other two Artists i've asked for a Commission are working on Sketches now for me and i CAN'T wait to see what they will come up with. God, i am sooooo nervous, i wanted to do that for so long now, and tried first to do art by myself, but came to the point that there are real yewels out there, which are far better then me and do amazing Artwork!

I will post the Sketches/Artwork i've requested from Razvan and megachaos here too, when they are finished.

Now i am a Blogger too ...

...and this will going to be fun! YEAH! 
I just hope i am able to sync my entries here with the ones on my livejournal. Thank God for the copy + paste function huh?! *lol*

Currently i am a bit busy with finishing my second online Course, "Logic Composer 101", at SAEOnline, which ends this sunday, assignments have to be submitted until thursday evening though and i have one last assignment to do until then. It will be fun, i am sure about that - but a lot of work too.
I still have to watch the last video's about Mixing/Mastering and have to finish my tune - but i will start with it
this evening.

After finishing this Course, i will have some time off from learning, to enjoy the holiday season and will start again with the next Course "Digital Mastering" in January - before i start to move to Cologne for my "Audio Engineering Diploma" which starts in March next year.

Besides all this, i hope to bring new tunes into structure which i have in mind for some days now. There was so much going on in the last days and i still have the feeling that all these experiences and emotions add themselve to my pool of creative ideas. *smiles*  I like that fact, i just have to wait until it is full.
